Welcome to CheckSums App!

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of CheckSums App, a web-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform (the "Service"), provided by rammini.com and checksums.app. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using CheckSums App, you agree to these Terms and any other terms, policies, or guidelines provided by me from time to time. I may modify these Terms at any time, and the updated version will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Account Registration and Security

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify me immediately.

3. License Grant

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business arising from your use of the Service, even if I have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the last [12 months] prior to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless rammini.com and checksums.app, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or any violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Sri Lanka.

14. Force Majeure

I will not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to causes beyond my reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, war, or technical failures.

15. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with Privacy Policy and any other legal notices, constitute the entire agreement between you and me regarding the use of the Service.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
  • Waiver: My failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such provision.
